The WLA-210XF

Wharfedale Pro has unveiled a line array system – WLA-210XF – that uses the same custom-made Wharfedale Pro 10in (25.4cm) drivers and 3.0in (7.62cm) Neo compression driver as its WLA-210X product and also features IPX6 waterproof certification. Delivering up to 138dB Max SPL at 1m (3.28ft), each WLA-210XF element is an all-weather solution.

The system is supported by the new dual 15in (38.1cm) WLA-210XSUBF subwoofer. With a Max SPL at 1m of 145dB, this sub also delivers the low-end power needed for the array.

The WLA-210XSUBF

Both the WLA-210XF and WLA-210XSUBF are constructed of up to 18mm (0.71in) premium birch plywood, are covered in waterproof paint and use integral aluminium rigging hardware. The flat front grilles are forged from 3mm (0.12in) aluminium to ensure long-lasting looks and durability during system transportation and storage.

The company says wax-wrapped components and an aluminium inner case protect the drivers and crossovers from water damage. In addition, Neutrik NLT4 MP BAG waterproof connectors have been chosen to ensure the highest level of weather protection.

Both the WLA-210XF and the WLA-210XSUBF are supported within EASE.
